# On Premises API

Access the <Glossary>Edge</Glossary> on your local network using [On-Premise API Keys](https://developer.loconiq.com/docs/authentication#on-premises-api-keys) or [JWT](https://developer.loconiq.com/docs/authentication#jwt) authentication.

# Get the IP Address of Edge

Find the IP address of the <Glossary>Edge</Glossary>. Check your DHCP client table if you already have it, or retrieve it using the [Get Edge](https://developer.loconiq.com/reference/getedge) API call.

This response contains the `onPremiseIpAddresses` field. Use this value to connect to the <Glossary>Edge</Glossary>.

After you have the IP address, configure it in the [On-Premise Edge API](https://developer.loconiq.com/reference/listenvironments-1) to access the <Glossary>Edge</Glossary>.
